Important change on general data protection according to Regulation EU 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR)

 

In the quality of responsible Institution BDS undertook the necessary actions for implementation of Regulation EU 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR) and took necessary measures for increasing security by collection, keeping and processing of personal data.

 

Relating to entering into force of new rules we need your agreement in order to continue give you information about standardization, to ensure your participation in BDS/TC activities, as well as access to our products and services after 25 of May 2018.

 

Every registered consumer and every person interested in standardization activities should declare his agreement for collection, keeping and processing of his personal data for relevant goals. Please provide that once given agreement can be canceled in every moment according to your wish.

 

Considering since 25 of May 2018 your personal data will be restricted to: user name, password, name and family name, email, phone number, address for correspondence and IP address (automatically taken).

 

The profiles of consumers which have not confirm the agreement for main goals of registration in
bds-bg.org in specified term will be locked/pseudonymised/encrypted/deactivated. Thise profiles will be accessible after your agreement only.

 

In conclusion we inform you that till 25 of May 2018 at the latest BDS will publish on the website www.bds-bg.org Privacy Notice. It contents the entire information about your privacy data protection according to Regulation 2016/679.
