StandarDays in Brussels

StandarDays is a two day training and information event that takes place at the CEN-CENELEC Management Centre in Brussels. The aim is to provide an introduction on standardization to people who have little or no previous knowledge on standards.

StandarDays on 17-18 March 2016 in Brussels offers a new and revised programme to participants with sessions on current European Standardization topics including:

  • standardization in support of the circular economy,
  • standardization and SMEs, and
  • the development of harmonized standards in the construction sector.

By attending StandarDays, participants will learn about the European Standards making process, understand the role and advantages of European Standards, hear a real-life example of how businesses can benefit from using standards.

StandarDays give a clear and structured overview of the European Standardization System, the CEN and CENELEC products and processes, and the benefits of involvement to potential stakeholders: industry, consumers, administrations and government, European institutions, research centres, national standards institutes, academia, societal stakeholders and many more.

Registration for StandarDays is open! Registrations are accepted on a first come, first served basis. You can register online as well as find all the information on speakers and the programme.
